H1B + H4 Stamping: Parents in USA, visiting - Family information in DS-160

Hi Everyone,

Me and my wife are going to India to get our H1b and H4 visa stamped. But during that time, my father-in-law and mother-in-law will be in USA (on a visitor's visa) visiting my brother-in-law (who is also on H1B). What should we select as answer to the question "Is your father/mother in US" when filling my wife's DS-160? They will be in US during that time, but they are not residents of USA and will be coming back to India a few weeks after our Visa interview.
