    Multiple H1 and I-94

    I am currently with an employer and my I-94 is valid till 2015. Another company's H1 is also approved and I-94 is valid till 2013. I want to transfer to other company for better compensation.

    I am concerned with the I-94 that is valid till 2013 only.

    Is it good to take this transfer? Pls advise. Thanks
