    Any formalities for returning to india?

    I'm employed with Company A in USA and got a valid H1B stamping till Sep 2012. I came to India for vacation on Mid of May,2012 and resigned on end of June 2012.

    What are the exit formalities of H1B? Is there any issue for Company A in providing the Relieving date as end of July 2012, because i'm in india from mid may till date?
