f1 to h1 laid off

hi,

i am on cap-gap of opt,my company filed my h1 and i got approval.now they told me to find another job in 2 weeks.i am on cap-gap till sep 30th.
from oct 1st i will be on h1 officially.

now if i find another job.how my company can transfer my visa h1,co zi m not on h1 right now.

if i work for another company till sep 30, i will be out of status on oct1st.
plz guide me
