Question 1:
Hi I have a VISA interview on 22nd of August and I just saw in the appointment letter that i have to submit the documents ahead of time. Meanwhile in the VFS website the update is that whoever has appointments as of after 3rd of August 2012 do not require submission of documents ahead of the appointment time.
Question 2:
The i 94 in my passport has expired on 2011 September and I have a new 797 valid through DECEMBER 2013. At the point of exit from US which i94 should i submit?
