having H1B from Company A worked in company B, currently working in C: transfer A->C
Hello Team,
I had a H1B Visa from Company A. that was valid from period Oct, 2008 to Jul, 2011. Now it got expired.
I have worked in Company B for two years until Apr 2012.
Then Now Currently working in Company C from June 2012 onwards and want to get my H1B transferred from Company A to Company C.
As my Visa got expired but I have not traveled US on this visa in that period.
Is it possible that company C get that Visa transferred from Company A?if yes what all I need to do?
