H1 to H4 Question
Hi,
I am in H1 valid till 09/30/2012. I am applying for extension. Decision(Approved or Denied) will know after 09/30/2012. Worst case scenario if my H1 gets denied
1. Can I apply for H4 immediately staying in US? if yes How long I can stay after I-94 expire?
2. Will I need to go out of country and come back with H4?
Any help is appreciated.
