Do I need W2 papers of all employees for mY H1 ?

I am going to Chennai for H1B in Aug 2005.I had been to US before on B1 for 3 months time.

What are the docuemnts I need to carry with me?
I have read that I need to have W2 papers of all eomplyees and details of ex employees too

Do I need to submit all these informations ?
