Hi I want to apply for H1, USCIS has done some changes in past to show employee employer relationship kind of thing.
Like earlier we used to get those body shopers sponser us and show that we are his/her employee and then later search for a job.
I want to know what is the alternate to it now ? How do we get H1 now ? How to get this document ? Are there some kind of similar (body shoper) sponser who can sponsor and show that document for visa purpose.
I want to go to USA, I have 12 years of IT experience. I have spent 7 years in past in USA on L1 but did not process GC.
Now I want to go back there in USA. Any one with any ideas please help. I have no contacts for H1
