    L1A rejected now appearing for H1B

    Hi,
    My L1A got rejected in 2011, he has not given any reason for rejection, simple given a blue slip marking 'Your application is not clearly approvable...' now I am appearing for H1B, my question is what questions he may ask me.

    Is there any one had an interview for H1B who's L1A rejected ?

    Plz share your experience in this regard.
