H1B stamping for Common muslim name candidates

Hello,

My H1b is been approved for H1B 2013 cap, However i would like to know what are the chances that i will get 221(g) slip from consulate? I am first time candidate and going to USA from my current organization, I am into IT with 6 years of experience and my name is Wasim Shaikh.

Are there any chances that my visa would get tamped without any issues?
