hello! need help with my dilemna...im a working PT in the philippines and im planning to take the stateboard for PT in hawaii by february.i will have my embassy interview this coming nov..im quite worried coz i have a history of visitor visa refusal (2003) for fraud or misrepresentation.i dont know if it will affect my visa application eventhough i have the ATT and other documents to support my application..What are the chances of approval with my case? Is 5yrs a long time overdue to lift the ban that is in my record..It is my dream to work in US...hope you could help me with this matter..Godbless!
