    H1B /H1C Visa

    Hi,
    my daughter is a nursing graduate from India and got RN in USA,now she is in USA with her husband .Her husband has H1B and she has dependent visa. my question is that whether she can apply for a H1B or H1C to work as a registered nurse in USA. is the retrogation to nurses still going on
