Travel question. If GC Filed
Hi,
I'm currently working with company A. Company B will file my H1B in 15 days and then will file for my GC.
Can my family who's on H4 in US currently, travel to India now ? What if Company B files for H1B/GC before my family returns back from India to US ? Will they have to get restamped or the new I-797/129 and other GC document be valid with a valid Visa (on Comapny A) ?
