I need to know if I divorce my husband married in Nov2008 not working out. Will that effect his residency? 
He isn't what he set himself out to be. He owes the IRS big time and has brought a lot of grief and sorrow to our family. Someone please help. Also, am I responsible for his taxes not paid prior to us getting married. I claimed him on 2008 taxes because that would show us being married but moving forward after finding out about his back taxes owed I want to file seperate from him. Is that okay?
