I have two LCA while changing employers... Am I in trouble?

My current employer issued a new LCA for me and I am supposed to go overseas to get a new E3 VISA. I'm changing employers and the new employer wants me to get the E3 VISA with a new LCA provided by them. Can I use the new LCA for the new E3 VISA without any consequences because there's another LCA issued by my current employer?

Note: I have not yet told current employer I am leaving and that's why they have issued the LCA.
