Visa dates for - Case Was Sent To The Department of State
Hi , I am working in India based company which filed my E3 visa (green card). My current status is - "Case Was Sent To The Department of State" .
As per NVC site , there is process like submitting fees and document etc.
I wanted to ask like how much time it takes to get visa (just for working in USA)? I am not looking for EAD dates priority. I am looking for time to get Visa so that I can start working in USA.
Please note my current location is India. I saw priority dates which is as below . Does is mean that I have to wait approx another 12 years to just get visa to start working in US?
Any information will be appreciated.
