Hi,
I have my L1A interview scheduled at Chennai on the 1st of March. My proposed role in the US is going to be managing Client services and BD related activities while also remotely managing my current offshore (India) team. While I would still have a lot of reportees in India I dont have anyone reporting to me in the US. I might build a team at a later stage. In the US org chart I have mentioned the names of my clients under me. I see from the experiences listed one of the most common question is "How many people report to you in the US?". Any suggestions on how to handle this question would help.
