Hi All,
I have a valid L1B visa till Nov 2014, hoewever my I94 is expiring in Nov 2013. I am trying to do a COS from L1 to H1B without cap since I had a valid H1B in last 6 years.
My employers immigration team advised me to go to any Caribbean country for vacation and return back in 2-3 days, if I dont get any response from USCIS before my I94 expiry date.
My question is - Will I get a new I94 if I travel to any Caribbean country? Are there any hassles? Has anyone done like this before?
PS: I have applied in premium.
