Experts, please help me.
Here is my situation.
My spouse is a GC holder, we couldn't filed together as I was in India when my spouse got GC. I came on L1 visa and still working with my employer. He filed my I 130 in Feb and I 485, I 765, I 131 in Aug 2013. I 130 got approved, just received my EAD/AP combo card and my interview for I 485 is scheduled on Nov 7. Hoping to get my GC also approved.
Once my case is approved, I am no longer on my L1 visa. Do I need to inform my employer? It is a long term project and can I continue with the same project with same employer? How it is going to work as I will be coming out of my visa status?
