I went to USA on F1 visa in 2000. Left in 2007 after overstay for 2 years. Came to Canada as a refugee in 2007 and became citizen in Jan 2014. Now my company wants to sponsor me for a L visa in USA? Will that be an issue? I was able to get a 10 year B1/B2 visa as a Canadian Permanent resident and have been to USA 5 times before my Canadian citizenship.
