Hello All,
I need an advise on the following situation:
I am working in company B in Canada from few months. I used to work in a US based company A India office. They had sponsored my L1B visa. I stayed in the US on this visa for 9 months, then I came back to my home country 2012. Last July I resigned from my previous company A India office and joined here company B in Canada. Now I have got offer from my previous parent company which is in the US. Since My L1B visa is expiring in May 2014, I am not sure what is the feasibility of this option. Am I eligible for using that visa again from Canada without being associate with company A India office?
