Hi ,
My H1B visa with employer A (India) was issued in Feb 2004 and was valid until Oct 2006. However I utilized the visa from Mar 2004 to Oct 2004 only. I switched to a employer B (India) who issued L1 (Mar 2012 to Feb 2015). I have traveled twice on this visa and currently in USA as part of second visit. My Employer B had also got B1 issued earlier by virtue of which the H1B was cancelled without prejudice.
Given the background , my query is - How would I be able to utilize the remaining valid period for H1b with a new employer C while I am in US ? Would the new employer take care of the processing or an immigration attorney would be helpful?
