    797c notice of action for L interview

    my attorney submitted L1A petition and we received
    797C notice of action dated July-25-2014.

    this page titled: "This notice does not grant any immigration status or benefit"

    we are waiting for the final titles "united state of america" etc...

    can the embassy allow the interview on time and let me mail the formal NOA later ?
