Hi,
Unfortunately My I129S get expiry on this 30th November, I have Valid visa & I94 till July 2017.
My employer ask me to do extension process & for that he ask me to go back to India and get new stamp on new I129S documents.
I am really getting confused.
As per my knowledge as i have valid I94 & even Visa so i can stay and work in US and even for Visa extension, your I94 has to be getting expiry within 6 month of time.
Please give your thoughts, Thanks in advance giving your inputs.
