L2 Visa - passport and marriage certificate has different surname
I have query regarding L2 dependent visa for my spouse :
I am having valid L1 visa and applying for my spouse L2 visa next week. My wife’s last name is different in her passport ( before marriage) , I think which is fine as per the immihelp. Recently I have renewed my passport and they added my wife’s name in my passport ( last name changed as mine ).
We also have marriage certificate in which it is mentioned “ My wife’s name ..now wife’ name with changed surname…..” , So marriage certificate also have changed surname,
My question is, do I need to apply fresh passport for my wife for changing the surname before applying for L2 visa ?
