Hi All,
Need more understanding about L1 visa.I am currently working for a Foreign bank who has base in USA. My fiancé is a citizen,just wanted to check if we can apply for AOS if I'm on L1a-L1B visa in the US as I don't wish to quit my job.
also what are its pros and cons?
Is this better than K1 or spouse
whats the difference between the two visa i:e L1A-L1B?
