I am currently in the US applying for my L1 A extension.
Wanted some guidance on the questions below(if i should say "YES" or "NO"). Background - When i was in India 5 years ago, my first B1 Visa application was initially declined on the basis of Section 214(b). Later during my second application, i was granted a B1 Visa.
1. Have you ever been refused a US visa, refused entry into the US, or withdrawn an application for admission at the port of entry?
(YES or NO) If YES please give a brief explanation.
2. Has your visa ever been cancelled, denied or rejected?
