Recently i went for vacation and stamping in India. I was on I94 extension for L1B visa. My visa got approved with the following dates
Issued date : 21MAY2015.
Expiry date : 19MAY2020.
Petition Expiry date : 03JAN2016.
I am confused with the dates because we are planning to go for L1B-L1A conversion. I will be completing 5 years in US in 03JAN2016. Could you please clarify whether i can go for L1B-L1A conversion process or can i stay beyond Petition Expiry date as i have visa expiry date till 19MAY2020.
