Please help me with what docs are required and what are good to have for a L2
Below is the List I know:
1. Marriage Certificate
2. Passport of L1 which also shows the relationship of the spouse
3. Marriage Invitation
4. Marriage Photos (can you tell me how many should be carried or our wedding album should be carried which is big)
5. Should the IT return of the L1 or L2 is required?
What kind of questions may come up for L2 Visa; what would cause rejections of a L2 visa?
Do they ask questions like your L1 was rejected recently, why are you applying for L2 again; is your intention to go and work there?
Would they ask if I am currently working in India or intend to work in the US?
Is carrying a LOA (Leave of Absence) letter issued by the company sufficient/required? or Resignation letter is required?
