L2(EAD ) to L1 Convertion (Urgent)

I resigned from my job in India and Moved to U.S on L2 visa.

I'm offered an job in a company belongs to the same group of my Indian employer.

Will I be able to convert my visa to L1 (On COS) based on the logic of internal transfer with in the same group (Parent Company is same for both).

Please give your opinion.Its urgent .
