Hello, my original L1B visa stamp in my passport has an Expiration Date of 22Aug2018 and a PED of 31Aug2016.
My current i-94 has an Admit Until Date of 31Aug2016.
As such, we applied for an extension and just had it approved (so now extended until it's expiry of 22 Aug 2018). I understand I'll get a new i-797 and i-94, however, do I need a new stamp in my passport with a PED up to 22 Aug 2018 (so do I need to travel to a US consulate in Canada or London...), or can I still travel internationally (after 31 Aug, mostly to London but potentially to South America and India) using my current visa and just showing customs the new i-797 and i-94?
