What should one do if he resigns/gets fired when on L1b?
Apparently, it looks like a gray area - if i-94 is still valid for another year (and even i-129 is not outdated IIRC) how much time one has to leave the country to avoid any problems in the future? Does one need to file for COS into B1/2? Any costs associated with that?
Especially if this individual already have obtained 10yr B1/B2 prior to L1 visa.
