Hi Friends,
I am on L1 B - Blanket petition visa. Me and my family visa was expired in feb, 2016 and applied for extension. Now we have received an extension on the same petition. I work with the same employer as before. Since me and my family went out of country we need to get a visa stamp to enter united states.
I am in US now but family need visa
I am filling up form for my dependent visa interview in india, Chennai and website ask following question. Can you pleas help!!!
I do not understand question 2 and 5. In Question 2, What do they mean by “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”?....
1. Question: Do you have a previous L-2 Blanket visa (spouse/child of a intracompany transferee based off a blanket petition)?
My answer: Yes
2. Question: Was your prior L-2 Blanket visa (spouse/child of a intracompany transferee based off a blanket petition) annotated “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”?
My answer: No
3. Question: Was your most recent L-2 Blanket visa (spouse/child of a intracompany transferee based off a blanket petition) issued on or after your 14th birthday?
Answer: Yes
4. Question: Have you ever been refused a L-2 Blanket visa (spouse/child of a intracompany transferee based off a blanket petition) before?
Answer: No
5. Question: Is your prior L-2 Blanket visa (spouse/child of a intracompany transferee based off a blanket petition) still valid?
Answer: yes
6. Question: Was your most recent L-2 Blanket visa (spouse/child of a intracompany transferee based off a blanket petition) issued in India after January 1, 2008?
Answer: Yes
