Can L1 Visa holder work on Corp to Corp

Let's say ,
I came to US on L1 and working for company X.
We came to know about opportunity through a consultancy Y. The works is for Client Z.

Can I (L1) work for client Z by creating contract on corp to corp between
Company X<->Consultancy Y<-> Client Z

Or is there any other way?

PS:Company/Consultancy/Client is nothing but a company.
