    L2 EAD - Current Immigration Status (During COS from L1 to L2)

    Hi,

    I have worked for x company in L1 visa. I have resigned from x company and applied for COS to L2. I want to apply EAD.
    In i-765, Question 15, Current immigration status.

    What should i mention in Q 15. Since i have already resigned i'm not sure whether i can enter L1. please help.
