I am travelling to the US with my husband in first week of October , my husband will apply for EAD and will leave for India in 5 weeks(mid-November) and will join me back in the US in mid-January . Wanted to check if he would have an issue in re-entering US or if the EAD process will get hampered because of his travel ?
