Is it legal for me to stay in USA ?
If yes, is it legal for me to work for my employer in USA with expired i129S petition ?
what is the best way to get my i129S petition extended?
Can i get it extended while staying in USA or do i need to leave US borders to get the same extended.
If i cannot get i 129S petition extended, do i need to go for a fresh L1A VISA, if so do i need to stay in a foreign country and work with the same employer for one year before applying for a new L1A VISA at the US consulate in that country?
