Hi,
I am confused by the immigrant attorney hired by my employer. So I post my situation here and look for help.
My issue is that, I have L1B Visa now, and my wife and two daughters have L2 Visa.
But my I-129S would get expired soon, so I asked the attorney and he said I need to leave abroad to get renewal of my Visa (or I-129S).
But he said my family can still stay in US since their I-94 is not expired yet.
I am not sure if there is really no problem for my family to stay in US and don't need to leave US with me then come back with valid L Visa and I-129S.
Any suggestion or correct method would be appreciated.
