I am on L1B visa, here are my details
- i94 expires on 'April 4 2020"
- Petetion form I29S expired on "Dec 2018"
- VISA expired on "Feb 2018"
- Applied for L1B extenson Dec 2017
- Received RFE on Jun 2018
- Will be submitting RFE with "Premium Processing"
I am getting a mail from internal company website that my I9 is expiring on "Aug 16 2018", and i have go on "Loss of pay" if my visa extension doesn't go through. or Delayed
My Doubts
- What happens if my petition declined?
- Can i continue working based on valid I94?
- Now that i applied for visa extension, am i under 240 days grace period starting from Dec 2018 and Ending Aug 2018?
What will be my options if VISA is denied, can i stay in Loss of pay and apply for L1A conversion or new L1B Petition?
