I have L1 visa which was expired in March 2018; we entered US during Oct 2017. Myself and my wife got i94 date as Aug 2020. my son got i94 date as Nov 2018, because his passport is expiring in Nov 2018.
Now, I have renewed his passport, what is the best way to extend his i94 with waiting for l1 extension?
Will going to Deferred inspection, US customs and border protection will work or I need to file visa extension?
