We went for our interview on 1st (l1b individual, intracomapny transfer). Everything was fine except that VO questioned on spending 6 weeks on B1. I had many client meetings and internal meetings (some got rescheduled at the behest of the client). Was handed a 221g with request for many supporting documents:
1. I129 and all supporting docs submitted to USCIS
2. End Client letter
3. Internal project description
4. Company's tax returns and employees (notarized salary/immigration)
Anyone who has been through this?
