AoS or other option for marriage on L1?
I'm engaged to a USC and I'm currently residing in Europe. We really want to get married and live in the States. I'm currently trying to come to US on an L1B visa through my current company. If/when I succeed, what is the best way for us to proceed with marriage? If we marry in the US can I then just apply for AoS and apply for a Green Card as I'll be the spouse of a USC? I am so confused... please help...
