    L1 Extn denial

    Hi,
    My employer has filed L1 extn for me. I have got an RFE on my application. If USCIS denies my application, how long i can stay in US legally provided that my I-94 is expired.
    Also, can i apply for H1 when my L1 extn is still under process?
