Hi,
I have a quick question regarding my spouse’s work authorization. Currently, both my L1 and my dependents’ L2 extension petitions are in progress (filed approx. 2.5 months back). My spouse holds L2S status and is working based on the I-94 L2S, which is valid until October 11, 2025.
If the extension approval does not arrive before the I-94 expiration date, will I need to file Form I-765 or any other specific form before expiration to ensure my spouse can continue working without disruption?
