L1b Extended - L1b Stamping with dismissed DWI
Im under L1b...Got picked up for DWI (3/13/11) and the case got dismissed (9/6/11). In the meantime my VISA expired on 8/24. Applied for extension well before 8/24 and the case is in initial review with UCSIS. If my extension gets through is there a fair chance to get the VISA stamped from my home country India, chennai consulate?
DWI within 2 years at the time of VISA interview require doctor evaluation and would delay the stamping process which im aware of...In my case (if VISA got extended in US) are the procedures or the hardship still going to be the same? Also my DWI got dismissed.
