career gap affects L1visa approval

Hi!!I have a career gap of around 3.5 yrs.now I have 1.6 yrs of exp in a MNC,now my company wants to apply L1 B visa for me.
eoes this huge gap will b the reason for my rejection?Does the VO really go through all the educational details.
I never wanted to go for **** exp that's why I started my journey from being a fresher in this company.Please help I have my interview next week.
