H4 visa - acting in tv commercials

Hello Sir/Mam,

I am in H1b visa. My son is in H4 visa. He is 4 years old. He is going for acting course. If he get selected to perform in commercial ads i was informed that i have to apply for a work permit in labor dept to act in a commercial ad. As he is in h4 what should i do to get his work permit. Is there any other visa i need to apply for him? First of all i like to know whether it is possible to get visa as he is in h4. If i need to apply for visa, what is that visa and how long it will take to receive the visa after i apply and what is the fee and what are all documents reqd? How much is your fee for processing thru your organization?
