Help! out of country during OPT

I have F1 visa and travelling out of country during my OPT on company training for 2 weeks,H1b in process(got petition receipt). Could someone tell me a letter format from Employer stating I will come back and work for the same comapny. Also are there any other issues I would need to know before I leave. Thanks.
