Multiple Employers while on approved EAD/AP

I have a quick question. I have my EAD and AP approved also my 140 Approved.

Can I be on multiple w2 by staying with my primary employer who has my i140 perm? I am looking to help a startup for a part time and I need to be on their W2.
Is this something I can do while still being with my primary employer?
